PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES
Psychotherapy should feel collaborative and empowering. Whether we're working one-on-one or with your chosen supports, we will have clear goals to guide each appointment. Most importantly, therapy will always be a non-judgmental experience with lots of compassionate and communication throughout the process.
I offer services for eating disorders, disordered eating, recovery maintenance, perfectionism, issues of self-esteem and self worth, support during times of transition and support for caregivers to someone with mental health concerns. You can learn more about my services, fees and availability below.
Before meeting in person, we will schedule a free phone consultation. This is an opportunity to answer questions you might have before making a decision about starting therapy.
