I offer services for eating disorders, disordered eating, recovery maintenance, perfectionism, issues of self-esteem and self worth, low mood, anxiety, support during times of transition and support for caregivers to someone with mental health concerns. I am specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and offer two evidence-based approaches to treatment. Evidence-based means that these therapies have been researched and found to be effective in scientific studies. Family-Based Treatment and Family-Based Treatment for Transition Age Youth for the outpatient treatment of child (age 8-12), adolescent (13-16) and young adult (ages 17-30) eating disorders.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-Enhanced is an outpatient treatment for adult eating disorders.
Motivational Enhancement Therapy is an brief therapy approach that can help you clarify your goals.
